My sister is a Realtor and she and her husband have everything you can think of and it’s really hard to find anything to buy for her at Christmas.  Our taste in clothes is totally different as well as just about everything else.  The only thing we have in common is our love of our yards and gardens.  So even though there’s not much she could want for her garden I managed to find a wonderful garden gift that fits in with her love of being a Realtor as well.

It is a hand painted steel welcome sign with three unique houses; each painted a different color, atop a thirty nine inch wrought iron stake that she can place in her yard as guests enter her home.  It would also look great right off her front porch by the front door or out back in her garden to welcome all who enter.  I found quite a few gardening gifts this year that I was excited about possibly giving to her and finally whittled it down to this one.  Christmas is really fun when I know I have found something that she won’t expect me to give her that I know she will love.
